Appointment Cancellations 

 
*  We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointments or appointments cancelled in less then 24 hours.
 
*  We realize that life is full of unexpected surprises and we understand that 24 hours notice is not always an option.  For the courtesey of other clients and our staff, please don't make it a regular occurrence.
 
*  Please arrive for your appointment as scheduled.  If you arrive late, your treatment will end as scheduled and you will be charged full price for the session.
 
Gift Certificates
 
*  Gift Certificates are valid for two years from date of purchase.  We will no longer be able to extend gift certificate expiration dates.

*  Your gift certificate will be voided if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
 

*  We reserve the right to void any gift certificates for appointments cancelled in less then 24 hours.


*  Gift certificates issued for a service are based on the current service value at the time of purchase. If the cost of that service increases prior to redemption, you are responsible for the balance due at the time of service.


 *  Gift certificates that are split will incur an additional fee.  This fee will reflect the balance of the gift certificates versus the cost of the requested treatments. 

 
Example: (1) hour massage session split into (2) 1/2 hour sessions will incur a $23.00 charge. 
                        Cost of (2) 1/2 hour massage sessions = $98.00 
                        Value of (1) hour massage = $75.00
                        Balance = $23.00       
 

*  THE C.A.L.M. APPROACH is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

 

*  Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

 

*  Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed (if paying by credit card or check).

 

*  THE C.A.L.M. APPROACH reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser. 

 

Cell Phones, Pagers, Etc. 

In order to provide you with the most relaxing atmosphere and massage therapy session posibble, we ask you to turn off or put on silent mode all cell phones, pagers, etc.
